Here's an interesting website. I found it via the Cheltenham branch of Friends of the Earth, and it's a way of getting your voice heard and raising your concerns about the environment. Have a browse: http://www.icount.org.uk/
Very interesting. Looks just the sort of activity we'd like to encourage though it may seem too political to be suitable for a charity to join. Individual members could join though. On reading the terms the mention of 'cookies' sounds tasty though I wouldn't like them with spam. I'll need your advice on how best to complete the application. DM
Latest news re our visitors from South Africa? There isn't any. I'm still trying to find the address of Debbie's host. I'll meet both Debbie and Lonia early Wednesday at Heathrow and we'll go to Stroud for the African Flair Fashion Show in the evening. Hope Anna, Lucy, Kathryn? will be coming too. DM
Local Footsteps Gloucestershire is a small part of the Global Footsteps organisation, which is run by the Rendezvous Society based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire in the UK.
In July 2007 we took part in a global conference (Footstep 11) in Moneague, Jamaica. One of the results of this conference was the beginning of a number of local footsteps groups in communities around the world.
